Terms and Conditions

Private beta · Effective August 31, 2026

1. Testing license

Click Interval is provided to you only for private evaluation and testing. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the beta on devices you control.

2. Beta access

The beta may require an internet connection, may expire, and may be disabled or replaced at any time. Access to a testing build does not grant access to any future paid or public release.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for every click, macro, shortcut, and action you configure. Do not use Click Interval to violate law, platform rules, game rules, third-party rights, security controls, or another person's privacy.

4. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, bypass access controls, remove ownership notices, or use the beta to develop a competing copy. You may not share private download links or builds outside the approved test group.

5. Feedback

You may provide bug reports, ideas, recordings, or other feedback. You allow the Click Interval owner to use that feedback to improve the product without payment or obligation.

6. Privacy and permissions

Global shortcuts, input recording, and playback require operating-system accessibility or input-monitoring permissions. The private beta sends a random installation identifier, desktop name, app version, and last-seen time to the beta access service so the owner can manage or revoke testing access. Macro contents are not sent to that service. Macro data remains your responsibility. Do not record passwords, payment data, private conversations, or other sensitive input.

7. No warranty

The beta is unfinished and provided “as is” and “as available.” It may contain defects, lose settings, stop working, or produce unintended input. No warranty of availability, fitness, compatibility, or error-free operation is provided.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Click Interval owner is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, account action, game penalties, interruption, or damage caused by configured automation.

9. Termination

Your testing permission ends when the beta is closed, when you breach these terms, or when access is revoked. When it ends, stop using and delete the private build.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated for later builds. A new installer or in-app notice may require you to accept updated terms before continuing.
